Welcome to Power Wiki Advent Calendar 2021! Starting on the 1st of December we will add content each day until Christmas Eve. Enjoy!

There are lots of ways to get yourself into tech and there are lots of different roles and career paths one can take forward. We have gathered some information.

We have updated the Power Glossary page to now include information about different roles.
Mentoring - We have added links to Mark Smith's 90 Day Mentoring Challenge as well as to #HumansofIT | Microsoft Ignite - We rise by lifting others video with Ana Inés Urrutia who in the video lets you know if mentoring is for you.
